I am 61 years old and I have been actively training for decades. I have run marathons, Tough Mudders, trained and competed in Jui jitsu and numerous other events over the years. I have usually trained privately to help keep me involved with these activities. About a year ago, my gym closed and I was tired of the big gyms. I have been a member of A big name gym for many years. I do like the gym but I find private training to be much more successful. About a year ago I began training with William. I have to admit that my prior training was put on hold and I was not as fit as I had been for many years. William began the task of changing me back to my prior weight and endurance level. I still am working on that but I have made great progress. I look forward to our workouts and the challenges he helps me master. He is meticulous in training me to master the techniques.
